One last bit of organizational advice: give yourself some space to think.
John Maxwell uses a thinking chair in which to ponder. I'm going with a chairlift for the same purpose...hoping the East Coast conditions are good tomorrow!
No matter where you sit, take some time away from the phone, laptop, kids, spouse, newspaper, tv etc, and think. Think about relationships, tasks, priorities, methods, systems, or whatever else might warrant some pondering. The distance away from the task offers a fresh perspective.
Then, after you are done sitting and thinking, you'll need to get up and do...
